Overview:
The RM-FR-T18 enables reliable 19-inch rack integration for the FortiGate 80F-POE and 81F-POE series, including DSL and FortiWifi variants, in a 2U form factor.
Custom-engineered for a secure, snug fit with the FortiGate 80F-POE and 81F-POE appliances, the RM-FR-T18 routes all 14 connections — including two fiber SFP ports and the console — to the front panel of the rack. The additional 2U height accommodates the larger chassis of the POE models and allows for proper cable management. The power adapter is mounted securely to the rack to prevent accidental disconnection during operation.
Assembly is straightforward and requires no specialist tools. Slide the appliance into the bracket, fasten the retainers, connect the included cables to the keystones, and fix the power supply to complete the installation in approximately five minutes.
