Overview:

The RM-FR-T29 is a dual-device rack kit that mounts the FortiGate 90G and FortiSwitch 108F together in a single 1U rack space — ideal for compact branch or SD-Branch deployments.

Engineered to house both the FortiGate 90G and the FortiSwitch 108F side by side within a single 1U rack unit, the RM-FR-T29 is particularly well-suited to SD-Branch configurations where the firewall and access switch are deployed as a paired solution. The console port is brought to the front of the rack for convenient serial management access. The included coupler facilitates a clean internal connection between the two devices. Both power supplies are secured independently to the rack frame to prevent accidental disconnection during operation.

Installation is quick: slide each appliance into its designated slot, fasten the retainers, connect the coupler, and secure the power supplies. Typical assembly time is fewer than three minutes.
